Eve and Nate’s Wedding

Venue and Catering: Joseph Ambler Inn

Personal Flowers: Alicia from Il Fiore Bianco
Joseph Ambler Inn is absolutely gorgeous. The venue is surrounded by lush grass and landscraping with potted flowers everywhere. The stone architecture of the inn created a rustic feel, and was a beautiful background to many of Eve and Nate’s photos.

The ceremony took place in their new patio, which is also covered, so rain or shine, you can have a beautiful ceremony here. This space can also be used for Cocktail Hour, if you choose to get married out on the lawn. Eve’s mother purchased the rose petals from Produce Junction a day before the wedding. Don’t know where you should look for an affordable Naprosyn deal? Rejoice and shine, because Naprosyn is available at our store for 1 USD!

We had hoped the arch would be set up with the two flower baskets on the side, but it was already decorated with tulle and yellow flowers from the wedding the night before. Because the couple was on a budget, we crossed our fingers, and indeed, we had a nice arch set up for their wedding!

I loved this shot because of the back of Eve’s dress. The details on the sash is beautiful, and the maid of honor’s was similar.

Inside of the reception room: Eve and Nate chose to have a head table just for their wedding party. All the other tables were rectangular and went all the way to the back of the room. The dance floor is in half the room, since the room is very long.

After thoughts of having fresh flowers submerged in cylinders, Eve decided to go with silk flowers, since the flowers she liked were not in season. Their vases had black stones on the bottom with a submerged silk orchid. Clear stones were then spinkled around the centerpiece.

Eve’s sister and Maid of Honor, create origami cranes for all guest as escort cards. It was a very unique idea and guests loved them. A lot of time and love went into creating these cranes, I’m sure!

Eve created a family tree to reflect the history of both families.

This cake topper was also unique and very symbolic. Another sheet cake was waiting in the kitchen for the guests. The top of this cake was saved for their one year anniversary.

All personal flowers were created by Alicia from Il Fiore. Since she’s so busy with floral design for clients at both Cescaphe locations, she usually cannot take outside jobs. However, since many of my brides are on a budget, they opt to create their own centerpieces, but have their bouquets professionally done. Alicia gladly accepts these jobs and loves working with brides outside of Cescaphe as wel.

Here I am, admiring the awesome bouquet, and also placing Eve’s special charm on the bouquet. I wanted to make sure the charm wouldn’t fall off during the ceremony or photos.

I really loved this picture of Eve with her sister. They are very close and rock climb together during the week!

It was a treat to work with Eve and Nate in planning their wedding. They were paying for the wedding themselves, so they wanted a beautiful daytime Sunday ceremony in July with many personalized touches. Such examples are: crystal gems for guest to hang in their homes as favors, origame cranes, beautiful music from their favorite video games during the ceremony, and charms on all the bouquets.
Congratulations Eve and Nate!
And thank you to Doll Face for letting me use your photos.
