1 consult meeting 3-4 weeks prior to the wedding and 1 walkthrough at reception venue and ceremony location (can be done during one of the consultation meetings)

Wedding day timeline, vendor contacts, and checklists
Floor Plan
Available for questions and advice prior to the wedding
Confirmations with all vendors the week of the wedding
Coordination for 12 hours on Wedding Day
Wedding Day Emergency Kit
On-call all day for bride and groom
Set up of decor for reception as needed morning of wedding
Delivery of final payments to vendors, including gratuities

*Package prices are listed for weddings under 200 guests. Prices are subject to change. Package price does not include travel if more than 30 miles from office. Additional $150 if assistants are necessary for wedding day set up.
Consultation: $250 per consultation
For couples who only need a head start in planning and general concept ideas,
also to develop budget and timelines
For full couples who do not need a full comprehensive wedding package
For couples who need a small number of specific consultations – ie. registry, bridalwear, ceremony timeline, etc.
Ceremony Rehearsal: $250
Present at ceremony venue for the rehearsal
Coordinate structure of ceremony and guide wedding party and family
RSVP Service: $250
For busy couples who do not have time to track RSVPs.
We will track all RSVPs and also use program for easy seat assignments
